Information for authors (text preparation, bibliography, length of the abstract, etc.)

The editorial team of the quarterly magazine “Radca Prawny. Zeszyty Naukowe” [Legal Counsel. Scientific Notebooks] is here to accept papers conforming to the mission and objectives of the journal to be sent electronically via Editorial Panel, saved in .doc or .docx format using Microsoft Word, whereby the texts should be prepared in Times New Roman 12-point font (footnotes – the same font, yet 10 points) and include an abstract and keywords in Polish, a bibliography and a note about the author (authors).

A volume of submitted papers should not exceed 0.5 publisher’s sheet, while in exceptional circumstance, the editorial team may accept a longer paper, if it is justified by its substantive level and innovativeness (the volume requirements do not apply to review papers, glosses and reports). If a paper has qualified for publication, their author must also send signed declarations of non-infringement of the rights of third parties, as well as – in the event of co-authorship – indicate their contribution to the publication of each of the co-authors.
